Syd Kain

Syd Kain brings more than a decade of award- winning Sales and Sales Management experience to Kain Management Group, which he founded in 2002. Syd has always enjoyed the challenge of building high-performance teams, and he knows firsthand that the key to success is finding and recruiting proven talent.
While leading Sales teams for the likes of Sprint, Prodigy Internet Inc. and Lanier Worldwide, Syd surrounded himself with bright team members and consistently achieved success. His experience extended across disciplines including the development of geographical territories, vertical channels and partnering strategies. He partnered with and sold to most of the Fortune 500 technology companies, including eBay, Yahoo!, Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems.
Along the way, Syd has earned numerous awards for his sales and management achievements including President's Club recognition at Lanier and the prestigious Circle of Excellence award at Prodigy Internet.
Syd received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in Maryland. He lives with his wife and young son in Houston, TX. |

John has a track record of success leading Sales teams for the likes of Sprint, NaviSite and Parametric Technology. His wealth of contacts within the high tech industry makes him an asset to any hiring organization. He has partnered with and sold to key players in the technology industry including Visa, Intel, Samsung, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Dell, and Oracle.
John is able to leverage his relationships at all levels with these organizations to network and recruit talent for our clients.
John received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Hampden-Sydney College and lives in San Francisco, CA with his wife and son. |

Chad Swanson

Chad has had great success managing sales professionals and sales engineering personnel at Winstar Communications and Allied Riser Communications (ARC). He was able to bring together the right mix of personalities and experience within these organizations to allow his teams to propel themselves to the top of their rankings companywide year in and year out. In addition, he has sold in the enterprise space for Frontier Communications, Winstar Communications and Sprint. He was able to gain access to and leverage his relationships at all levels of the organizations to be successful in meeting his sales and revenue goals consistently; including President's Club at all four organizations he has been employed with. Some of the accounts he has supported include PG&E, Fireman's Fund Insurance, Kaiser, Virgin Group Macromedia, Adobe, and Wells Fargo.
His vast contacts make him an immense asset to the organization. He can pull from his infinite base of contacts to help find and place the appropriate candidates for Kain Management clientele.

Mike brings more than a decade of executive management experience to Kain Management Group. With a diverse background that includes Human Resources and Operations Management for a leading IT services company, Mike has an established track record of building and leading high performing teams.
Mike While leading Human Resources for both large global organizations and fast growing Inc. 500 technology companies, Mike established sound recruiting and selection processes that delivered the quality people needed to ensure success. After a successful career in Human Resources, Mike took on the challenge of building a successful, customer-centric, IT services organization that provided support for the likes of Kodak, Tyco, NASA, and The Mayo Clinic. His experience extended across disciplines including account management, enterprise level technical support, and application management.
Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and his Master’s degree from Sam Houston State University. He lives with his wife and two sons in Houston, TX. |

Mike obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University. Mike is also an avid musician often playing shows around the Houston area.

Darcey’s diligence and commitment has led to numerous promotions, and have rapidly propelled her to the prestigious Executive Recruiter role she currently holds. Miss Swanson’s dedication to the success of Kain MG and its partners has led to the placement of only those in the upper echelon in various, uniquely diversified fields.

Vinh Diep

Vinh Diep is the Senior Executive Researcher at Kain Management Group. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, finishing with an advanced certificate of sales from the Program for Excellence in Selling. He previously worked for a Fortune 500 insurance and financial services company.
Vinh is a current or former member in a number of organizations including the American Marketing Association (AMA) Collegiate Chapter, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA). Also, Vinh completed an internship working for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
In his spare time, Vinh writes and records music, plays the guitar, bass, and drums. He enjoys teaching others how to play the guitar, working on web development projects and expanding his graphic design skills.
